Order Processing and Shipping

Southern Charm Boutique accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Be sure to include your correct billing and shipping addresses at checkout.

Orders are typically processed the same day. Usually, if the order is placed by 2pm Monday through Friday, it will be shipped the same day. Online orders are not processed on Saturdays or Sundays.

If we discover that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will fulfill the remaining items from your order, and you will receive an email confirming the items in your order that were processed. You will only be charged for items that are in-stock and processed. If all of the items on your order are out of stock, then your order will be cancelled, your credit card charge will be voided, and a notification email will be sent to you explaining the reason for cancellation.


Shipping and Store Pickups

Southern Charm Boutique has $7.00 flat rate shipping on all orders to the 48 contiguous states. We can also ship to APO/FPO addresses. FREE after $75.00 or within 6 hours of a previous order!

We use USPS for shipping. Delivery times depend on the distance the package must travel and other factors.

Please allow 24 hours for processing, including Columbia store pickups. You will receive an email with shipping information when your package has shipped, or indicating when your package is available for pickup for store pickup options. Store pickup may not be a valid shipping option during certain special events, such as football game promotions, etc.



We want to be sure you’re satisfied with every purchase from Deep South Pout, so we offer no-hassle easy returns! If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please let us know so we can make it right! Read our return policy carefully to proceed with your return. Returns can be mailed to 1106 South Garden Street Columbia, TN 38401 . All returns and cancellations will be for store credit only. 


  • All return packages must be received within 30 days of the date of original purchase. 
  • Please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package. 
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of a Southern Charm Boutique store credit which can be used online. 
  • You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been processed, and the amount of credit that has been applied to your account.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless we have made a shipping error. 
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • We do not accept returns on jewelry.
  • Discounts can not be applied to previously purchased items.

You cannot return if:

  •  It has been more than 30 days since the original purchase date.
  •  If your purchase was on sale.
  •  If the items you ordered are not in their original unwashed, unworn, & smoke-free condition.
  •  If the original tags are not attached.

Items returned not in compliance with our return policy will be charged a 25% restocking fee. 

Sezzle Returns/Cancellations: 

  • We do offer full store credit for all returns and cancellations, including items paid for with Sezzle. 
  • If an item is returned or cancelled before all the Sezzle payments have been made, you will have to make those Sezzle payments until the item is paid for!
